Join us at The Reef Knot Restaurant for a one‑night collaboration between Guy Owen and Matthew Mawtus, Director of Food & Beverage at Michelin‑starred HIDE in Mayfair. This intimate, wine‑led experience is shaped around the vintages that defined Matt and Guy’s early years working together in London — expressive wines with clarity, character and a strong sense of place, paired with a five‑course menu crafted to complement their stories.
