Autumn Chef Series: An Evening with Mattia Ricci of Sexy Fish

Join us at The Reef Knot Restaurant for a one‑night collaboration between Guy Owen and Mattia Ricci, one of Mayfair’s most dynamic modern chefs. The evening features a six‑course Japanese‑influenced menu shaped by Cornish produce, from bright, citrus‑led crudos and silky miso dressings to deeply savoury broths, refined seafood preparations and a yuzu‑led finale.
