Our January Supper Club is a celebration of old & new! Our Guest Chef is Keith Ives, a previous Head Chef at the Idle Rocks from 1986 – 1989.
Keith’s culinary journey is long and varied; he started working in restaurants in 1975, at the Savoy Hotel Group in London, working in Claridges and The Savoy Grill.
Since then he’s graced the kitchens of many restaurants across the country, including: London Tower Casino in Knightsbridge, The Angel On the Bridge in Henley on Thames, Havering House Hotel in Jersey and closer to home, Broomers Restaurant in St Mawes, The Roseland Inn in Philleigh and the Plume Of Feathers, Porthscatho.
Our Head Chef Carla Jones & the Idle Rocks Kitchen team have collaborated with Keith to create the menu, which will be served at this extra special Supper Club.
