Eight-Course Tasting Experience

Take your seat for a decadent eight-course tasting menu, crafted to delight the senses.  Highlights include: Bouillabaisse with Fennel & Orange, XL Scallop with Buttermilk, Chive, Ponzu, Salmon Roe & Roast Duck Breast with Beetroot, Alexander.

Just before the clock strikes twelve, guests are invited to follow our traditional bagpiper across the harbour, to our sister property, St Mawes Hotel, where live music and a final glass of fizz await to welcome 2026 in style.
